A message from our Executive Director about donating:

 

Thank you for making a donation to our organization.  We know that there are hundreds of worthwhile non-profits that you can choose.  It is a reflection of your interest in the future of our children to make a donation, which we genuinely appreciate.

For those of you that are considering a donation I want to provide you with the greatest level of comfort that your donation is being used effectively.  Here are some key things I would like to pass along:

• 100% of our staff time is done with volunteer time.  That means that we maintain an expense ratio of less than 2% of donations made. We expect that to continue through 2018 and into 2019.  In other words, 98 cents of every dollar you donate goes directly to program enrichment and funding scholarships!

• We are a 501(c)3, qualified by the IRS and in good standing, which means that the contributions you make are tax deductible.

• Our federal identification number is 27-1507772 and all of our tax records are open for public inspection.  In fact, if interested you can contact me directly to obtain copies or provide you information on how to contact the IRS.

• Our registration number with the Department of Justice is 46062 and all of our state documents are filed with that department and audited by that department to ensure that donations are being used for what they are intended to be used for.
